Because we produce custom products in our studio, the description of each product contains information about the time of shipment, which specifies estimated time from receiving the payment for orders to dispatching the products.
Shipping costs
Orders for over PLN 200 are sent free via DPD, when the value of the order is lower shipping cost is as follows:
International priority registered letter - $5.00 | 4.50€ | £4.00 - 18.00 PLN (Europe with Cyprus, Russia and Israel, North America, Africa,South America, Central America and Asia, Australia and Oceania)
Priority registered letter (only in Poland) - $3.00 | 2.50€ | £2.00 - 9.00 PLN
The courier delivers parcels usually on the next business day after dispatching. Packages are delivered from 8am to 7pm.
Priority registered letter is delivered within 1-7 business days from dispatching. There is no parcel tracing available for Polish Post.
Remember: the parcel must be picked up in Post Office within 7 business days from receiving attempted delivery notice. After this period, the parcel is returned to the sender.
Forms of payment
In the store you can pay by bank transfer or DotPay (non-commission payment). You can use credit card or Internet bank transfer. The transfer via DotPay is carried out immediately. All forms of payment have the highest security standards for the best security of your personal data.
If you have failed to complete the transaction (e.g.,bank connection was interrupted), you can repeat online payment in the order history by clicking the pay button.

You pay for the ordered goods with a traditional bank transfer to the store's account. At the time of receiving the transfer and collecting the order, they are immediately sent to the address indicated in the order. For identification of your payment please enter the order number in the transfer title, which you will receive in the e-mail with order confirmation.
